Project Description
The property currently is occupied by a gas station with a general store and restaurant. The parcel of land totals approximately 0.66 acres in size, and is currently zoned commercial. Typical property use surrounding the Site is a mixture of residential and commercial properties. Client requested that RGI prepare this RI/FS in order to document the nature and extent of soil and groundwater contamination at the Site and evaluate potential cleanup alternatives in accordance with the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) Cleanup Regulation (Washington Administration Code (WAC) 173-340). RGI understands that the RI/FS will be submitted to Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) and the Pollution Liability Insurance Agency (PLIA) for review and comment prior to its finalization.
