Project Description
This project included redevelopment of a several acre former lumber yard located in Maple Valley, Washington for use as a multi-tenant retail center anchored by Fred Meyer. In addition to providing full-service environmental services, RGI was the geotechnical engineer-on-record and completed the geotechnical investigation, design, and on-site construction monitoring during earthwork. Geotechnical challenges for this site included cobbles and boulders encountered during field investigation. An infiltration system was necessary for stormwater disposal, including an infiltration pond and pervious pavements.
Scope of Work
