Project Description

The Site consisted of one 3.41-acre tax parcel of land and contained three unoccupied single-family residences (SFRs), three smaller storage buildings, and three pump houses.  RGI understood that the Client, Dirt Lorde, LLC, intended to demolish the existing structures and redevelop the property into an indoor shooting range/club.

Phase I ESA, Test Pitting and Site Assessment, Phase II Subsurface Investigation, Drilling, Environmental Consulting and Cleanup Services, Well Installation.
