Project Description

The Site consists of a 3.49-acre tax parcel of land and is occupied by a grocery store, a vacant single-family residence and a partially occupied commercial building. The owner of the Site is SeaMar Community Health Centers. RGI understands that the current use of the Site will generally remain “as-is”, although the commercial building will be expanded to include more office and community space.

Phase I ESA, Sampling and Analysis Plan, Geophysical Survey and Supplemental Phase II Data Analysis, Drilling, Draft Conceptual Cleanup Approach and Cleanup Budget Estimate, Remedial Investigation (RI) and Final RI Report, Drilling, Draft Correction Action Plan (CAP) Preparation, Feasibility Study, Environmental Cleanup, Oversight and Related Services, VCP Enrollment, Ecology Interaction and EIM Data Entry, Well Decommissioning, General Injection Oversight, Well Installation, PTAP Enrollment, Building Inspection and Documentation, Vapor Intrusion Assessment Work Plan, Well Monument Modifications, Well Reports Preparation, Data Analysis and Final Cleanup Action Report, Groundwater Sampling and Analysis, Environmental Consultations and Remedial Action.
