The Riley Group, Inc. had the opportunity to assist HCESC’s Executive Director, Bobby Thompson with this year’s HCESC Affordable Housing Conference preparations. The conference was held at the Edward Hansen Conference Center in Everett, Washington on June 7, 2024. It was an eventful day from start to finish. This year’s conference was kicked off by Everett Mayor, Cassie Franklin which led to the morning session presented by our very own, Bobby Thompson. Event participants were invited to join nine (9) different breakout sessions throughout the day including topics like “Affordable Housing 101,” “WSHFC’s Racial Equity Strategic Plan,” and “Sunnyside Village Cohousing Project” among many others.
